By creating an account or making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We operate an online booking platform that enables users to discover and book events, spaces, and services. We act as an intermediary between service providers and customers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account

4. Booking and Cancellation

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • Booking confirmations will be sent to your registered email address
  • Cancellation policies vary by event or service and are displayed at the time of booking
  • Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy
  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of force majeure or operational necessity

5. Payment Terms

  • All prices are displayed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) unless otherwise stated
  • Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Stripe
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified
  • We do not store your payment card details on our servers
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

6. Membership

If you subscribe to a membership plan:

  • Membership benefits are as described at the time of subscription
  • Recurring subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong:

  • We provide the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to mediation administered by the Hong Kong Mediation Centre, before resorting to litigation.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our platform. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
